  • What is the price of delivery?

UK: FREE 3-5 delivery on UK orders over £25!
Orders under £25 will be charged £3.99 for 3-5 day delivery.

We also offer our UK customers a super-fast 1-2 day delivery service charged at £5.99.

Europe: Regrettably, we no longer offer delivery to EU countries

  • How long does delivery take?

UK: standard/FREE delivery anywhere in the UK usually takes 3-5 days.
We do offer a super-fast 1-2 day delivery option charged at £5.99!

  • What if I live outside the UK?

Unfortunately we do no yet offer delivery to International countries. 

  • Can I pay for my order via Paypal?

Yes you can! Simply choose the 'Paypal Checkout' option at checkout under our alternative payment options tab. Please note: To checkout through Paypal you need a Paypal account - please have your login details ready. Creating a Paypal account is easy if you haven't already got one. 

  • Can I pay for my order over the phone?

If you are unhappy or having trouble with paying for your order online, please call 020 8998 1781 to pay over the phone via our manual terminals here in our office - our phone line is open from 9-5pm Monday to Friday.

  • Can I pay for my order via credit or debit card?

I Wish Gifts accept all major credit and debit cards, excluding AMEX, seamlessly online without our customers having to leave our site through our partner terminal Shopify Pay. You can also pay with a credit or debit card via Paypal, however you must have a Paypal account.  

  • What should I do if my order has arrived damaged or broken?

We hope this never happens, however in the event that your order has arrived damaged or broken please call our customer services team immediately on 020 8998 1781 to ensure we can get your replacement items out to you as soon as possible. 

  • What if my order does not match the descriptions on our website?

In the event that your order does not the match the description standard shown on our website, we will be happy to refund (credit where available) or replace your item(s). Please call 020 8998 1781 or email sales@gaeltag.com to speak to a customer services advisor. Any postage you pay to return your order to our office will also be refunded. 

  • How do I return my order?

In the event that you wish to return your order, please contact call our customers services team on 020 8998 1781 or email sales@gaeltag.com to arrange a returns delivery and refund/replacement.

  • How can I cancel my order?

Don't panic! In the event that you wish to cancel your order with I Wish Gifts, please phone 020 8998 1781 immediately. If we have not yet dispatched your item, we can refund or change your order very quickly. However if your order has already been dispatched (email confirmation sent to your address), please wait for the order to arrive. You will then have to return the order in its full un-opened packaging (at your own expense) to our returns address above. 

  • Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately you cannot reserve an item online however we will gladly put aside any items for a maximum of 3 days for you to purchase in the immediate future.

  • Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

  • Do I need to create an account to buy from I Wish Gifts?

When you shop at I Wish Gifts, you have the option to create an account or checkout as an 'Express' guest. Creating an account is easy and allows you to view your orders, edit your information and pick your favourite items! If you require assistance with your account please call 020 8998 1781 or email sales@gaeltag.com 

  • Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, no problem! If you are ordering an item as a gift for a loved one or friend simply add their address to the 'delivery address' section during checkout. We still need your details so make sure the billing address is wherever your payment method is registered.
Please note: mis-entering the delivery address will result in you having to pay for re-delivery.

  • Do you sell to the trade?

I Wish Gifts is strictly non-trade. However Gaeltag Keltika Ltd, the owner and operator of this site do offer a wide variety of gifts to the wholesale market.
